COVID-19 UPDATE - MARCH/APRIL 2020
We have decided to temporarily close our warehouse to help keep our staff and everybody else safe. Any orders placed while the warehouse is closed will be delivered as soon as we reopen. Emily is still working from her home office (when she's not home schooling!) so you can email through any queries.

Fabric/Product Orders: £5.50 (incl VAT)

All our orders are sent by courier. Please allow 5 working days for your goods to get to you.
Delivery (Europe & Rest of World)
Orders are dispatched with a courier service. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your goods and your location.
Please be aware that in some instances where an order is particularly heavy/large we may need to contact you for further payment, or cancel the shipment.
Depending on your location, you may or may not be charged VAT.
If you wish to return any Product Accessories you must contact us via email first on firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your item the product must be unopened and unused, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Unfortunately if you have purchased fabric and simply want to return this because you no longer want it, due to this item being cut specifically to your requirement we are unable to return cut lengths of fabric. However if you feel the item is faulty please email email@example.com with a full details of the fault.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Fabric that has been ordered on the website and cut specifically for you cannot be refunded, if it has been altered or made into a certain item will not be acceptable for returns or exchange even if there is a genuine fault in the item, you must make sure that if you feel your fabric is faulty it is returned to us unused and uncut otherwise we cannot refund you or take responsibility for the fault.
All orders if they are in stock are shipped within 48 hours but please allow 5 working days to receive your order, longer for overseas delivery.
All our orders are sent out on a realiable Courier service.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your goods and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to proceed.
Fabric Orders: Our fabrics are sent on a roll on orders over 3m, orders below that are folded, if you require your fabric on a roll you must email us email@example.com at the time of order.
